LOS ANGELES — Comic Eddie Murphy will settle for a lifetime achievement honor subsequent month on the Golden Globes, the annual ceremony that’s attempting to revive its repute in Hollywood after a variety and ethics scandal.
The Hollywood Overseas Press Affiliation, the group that votes on the Globe winners, introduced on Wednesday that Murphy would obtain the Cecil B. DeMille award to have a good time his contributions to leisure.
